I am the founder of XploreCasa.com. My idea came from my own experience as a home seeker looking for genuine property listings, not the “fishing” marketing tactics commonly used by agents.

When I was searching for a home, I became frustrated with the misleading or bait listings on various property websites in Singapore. I felt I was wasting my time browsing properties that were already unavailable, only to be redirected to different units that were never listed on the site.

After speaking to several agents, I learned that many of them use these marketing gimmicks because it is too expensive for them to list their actual available properties on existing platforms.

This inspired me to create XploreCasa.com — a platform designed to reduce listing costs for agents so they can post more genuine, real, and up-to-date listings, while giving home seekers a more transparent and stress-free experience. Our goal is to offer agents a listing solution at half the price they currently pay, and to provide home seekers with honest property information they can trust.
