1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the property listing service on XploreCasa.com (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the listing service.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old, and
• The legal owner of the property or an authorized agent with valid authority to list the property for sale or rent.

3. Listing Guidelines

When submitting a property listing, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Only list properties that are legally allowed for sale or rental in the jurisdiction.
• Upload photos and content that you own or have rights to use.
• Not to post misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content.

XploreLinx Solution Pte Ltd reserves the right to remove or reject any listing that violates these terms or any applicable laws.

4. Fees and Payments

• Basic property listings may be offered free or at a charge, depending on the selected plan.
• Premium features (e.g., featured listing, priority display) are chargeable.
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Listing Duration

Each property listing will remain active for the duration stated in the selected plan (e.g., 30/60/90 days). After this period, the listing will be automatically removed unless renewed.

 

6. Prohibited Listings

The following types of listings are strictly prohibited:

• Properties without legal titles or rights
• Properties involved in disputes or litigation
• Misrepresented or fictitious properties
• Use of copyrighted content without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, and software on XploreCasa.com, is the property of XploreLinx Solution Pte Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without written consent.

8. Liability Disclaimer

XploreLinx Solution Pte Ltd is not responsible for:

• The accuracy or legitimacy of listings
• Any disputes between users or with third parties
• Losses, damages, or claims arising from use of the platform

You list properties at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the listing service at our discretion if you breach these terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

XploreLinx Solution Pte Ltd may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
